By using this website or engaging NexuLogix for any service, you agree to the following terms.
Services
NexuLogix provides custom website development, mobile applications, UI/UX design, SEO optimization, e-commerce solutions, and ongoing maintenance and support. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for each project are defined between both parties before work begins.
Payments
Monthly payments begin only after the project is completed. No upfront payment is required to start a conversation or receive a quote.
Intellectual Property
NexuLogix retains ownership of all custom deliverables created for the project for a minimum period of 12 monthly payments. Once this minimum payment period is fulfilled, full ownership of the custom deliverables is transferred to the client. NexuLogix retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, materials, and timely feedback. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines. All materials provided by the client must be legally owned or licensed by the client.
Limitation of Liability
NexuLogix is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruptions. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in Sarasota County, Florida.

Client Obligations
What we expect from our clients
Working with NexuLogix is a partnership. To ensure your project is delivered on time and to a high standard, we ask for the following:
Provide complete materials
Before work begins, please have ready: your logo (in vector or high-resolution format), brand colors and fonts, written content for all pages, and any images or media you want to use. All images and content must be legally owned or licensed by you.
Be available for feedback
At key milestones, we will share work for your review. We ask that you respond with clear, consolidated feedback within 5 business days so we can keep your project moving.
Communicate clearly
One designated point of contact from your side helps avoid confusion and keeps decisions consistent.
Own your legal compliance
You are responsible for ensuring your website and business comply with applicable laws in your industry. NexuLogix can advise on best practices but is not a legal advisor.
Ongoing Maintenance
NexuLogix handles the ongoing maintenance of your website, including security updates, plugin management, and technical optimizations. We ensure your site remains functional and up to date so you can focus on your business.
